E-Governance in India: A Qualitative Analysis using the ABCD Framework and its Impact on Goodwill from Social Capital

Purpose: Electronic governance is the use of ICT applications to offer citizens, businesses, employees, other government agencies with services that are simple, efficient, and transparent. This research paper aims identify different types interaction in e-governance services, explore models, their & impact on goodwill from social capital through e-governance. Design/Methodology/Approach: case study developed qualitative data collected published sources. Information obtained newspapers, journal articles, corporate websites, used provide in-depth analyses. Findings: According study, National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) India intends make more available general public. It also strives for efficiency, transparency, dependability, effective service delivery at a reasonable cost. The plan being put into action local, state, federal levels.
